3 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF
4 BEER AND WINE AT THE BLUE DOLPHIN
RESTAURANT (AS IT PRESENTLY EXISTS AND
5 MAY BE EXPANDED) IN THE SUNFLOWER
SHOPPING PLAZA, 8104 NORTH UNIVERSITY
DRIVE; PETITION #20-Z-88; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the

ranting of a special exception to permit the on -premises
9
consumption of beer and wine at the Blue Dolphin Restaurant, 8104
10
North University Drive in Sunflower Shopping Plaza, Petition
11
20-Z-88; and
12
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has given their approval and
13
Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
14
pportunity to express their views concerning the application for
15
pecial Exception; and
16
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
17
application for special exception would be in keeping with the
18
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LU
AMARAC, FLORIDA:
21 SECTION 1: That the application for special exception to
22 permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at the Blue
23 Dolphin Restaurant at 8104 North University Drive, Sunflower
24 hopping Plaza, Petition #20-Z-88, is Hereby Approved.
25 SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

=8 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
29 Adoption.
