CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-'12
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR THE SWIMMING POOL BY HERITAGE
QUALITY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED, FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 57, LOT 78, 8537 N.W. 77 STREET;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Heritage Quality Construction Company,
Incorporated, has filed with the City a cash bond in the
amount of $1,000.00 to guarantee the completion of the
swimming pool at Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 78, 8537 Northwest 77
S;:reet, Permit #205-88; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
wrrk has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release and said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
T; MARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Heritage Quality
Construction Company, Incorporated, 2929 University Drive,
Caral Springs, Florida 33065, in the amount of $1,000.00 for
t.Ae swimming pool at Woodmont Tract 57, Lot 78, 8537
Northwest 77 Street, Permit #205-88, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
i.nmediately upon adoption.
