CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-�Ld
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
J & L ENTERPRISES FOR FRIEDES COMMERCE
CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, J & L Enterprises, as Principal, and Flagler
National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. 65-00100787 in the amount of $62,732.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Friedes Commerce Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $15,810.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Letter of Credit No. 65-00100787 posted
by J & L Enterprises, as Principal, and Flagler National
Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $62,732.00 for public
improvements at Friedes Commerce Center, is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount.
of $15,810.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
