CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-- o& g
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED FOR ENGINEERING AND BEAUTIFICA-
TION AT UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL PAVILION;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Patten Construction Company, Inc., has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $4,000.00 to
guarantee engineering and beautification at University
Hospital Pavilion; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Patten
Construction Company, Inc., Post Office Box 121317, 1901 21st
Avenue South, Nashville, Tennessee 37212 (Permit #2962-86),
in the amount of $4,000.00 for engineering and beautification
at University Hospital Pavilion, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this oZ/ day of 1988.
