CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88--�>L
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION AT TBC
EQUITIES PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Stoller, Fried & Zeypher Capital Corporation,
has filed with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of
$2,385.00 to guarantee beautification at TBC Equities
project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief: Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Stoller, Fried &
Zeypher Capital Corporation, 5610-D Washington Street,
Hollywood, Florida 33021 (Permit #86-2807), in the amount of
$2,385.00 for beautification at TBC Equities project; is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. -CC
