CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED -FOR SITE LIGHTING AT WATER PLACE,
BUILDING #4= AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE,
DATE.
WHEREAS, American Property Development of Broward
County, Inc., has filed with the City a Cash Bond in the
amount of $1,500.00 to guarantee site lighting at Water
Place, Building #4; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by American
Property Development of Broward County, Inc., 701 West
Cypress Creek Road, Suite 302, Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
33309 (Permit #87-442), in the amount of $1,500.00 for site
lighting at Water Place, Building #4, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
