CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88--g ac-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR 441 SELF STORAGE
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, 441 Self -Storage Associates, Ltd., has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $2,410.00 to
guarantee public improvements at 441 Self Storage project;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond without the requirement of a one-
year warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by 441 Self -Storage
Associates, Ltd., The Gold Coast Group, Inc., 1790 North
Powerline Road, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069, in the amount
of $2,410.00 for public improvements at 441 Self Storage
project, is HEREBY RELEASED, without the requirement of a
one-year warranty bond.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this o21 M day of 1988.
