CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- c,2� 7
A RESOLUTION PARTIALLY RELEASING A CASH
BOND POSTED FOR LANDSCAPING AT TAMARAC
SQUARE WEST; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, McNab Associates, Ltd., has filed with the City
a Cash Bond in the amount of $26,342.57 to guarantee
installation of landscaping at Tamarac Square West; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been substantially completed and has recommended
release of $20,098.76 of the total bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That $20,098.76 of the Bond posted by Mc Nab
Associates, Ltd., Post Office Box 8667, Fort Lauderdale,
Florida 33310 (Permit Numbers 87-2014, 87--695, 88-238 and 88-
247), in the amount of $26,342.57 to guarantee installation
of landscaping at Tamarac Square West, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this �,/� day of , 1988.
