RESOLUTION NO. R-88-,-,?j0
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN APPLICATION
AND LEASE WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
BROWARD COUNTY SCHOOLS PERTAINING TO USE
OF THE TAMARAC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
FACILITIES FROM AUGUST 29, 1988 TO JUNE
16, 1989 FOR THE CITY'S AFTER SCHOOL
PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute an application and lease with
the Superintendent of Broward County Schools pertaining to
the use of the Tamarac Elementary School facilities from
August 29, 1988 to June 16, 1989 for the City's After School
Program, a copy of said lease being attached hereto as
"Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. ,L
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2 7 day of ,

LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
LIMITS: Bodily Injury $100,000 per person, $300,000 per occurrence
Property Damage $ 25,000 per occurrence
NOTE: A Certificate of Insurance reflecting the above limits and naming the
School Board of Broward County as an Addi+ional Insured must be furnished
to the Risk Management Department of the School Board at least 46 hours
prior to use of facilities referred to herein.
