CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-iZZ-21/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BRUMA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, FOR THE CALICO
COUNTRY, PHASE 2 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bruma Development Corporation, as Principal,
and United National Bank of Miami, as Surety, has filed with
the City Letter of Credit No. UNB--962 in the amount of
$44,716.44 posted for public improvements for the Calico
Country, Phase 2 project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and -has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty Letter of Credit No.
UNB--962 posted by Bruma Development Corporation, as
Principal, and United National Bank of Miami, as Surety, in
the amount of $44,716.44 for public improvements for the
Calico Country, Phase 2 project, is Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /z/ of
1988.
