CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- c,235
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE DOUBLE -WIDE
TRAILER AT THE REAR OF THE OLD CITY HALL
AS SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND AUTHORIZING
CITY PERSONNEL TO DEMOLISH & DISPOSE OF
THIS TRAILER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has determined
after extensive research that the double --wide trailer at the
rear of the old City Hall is old and unable to be moved and
has recommended that this unit be declared surplus and
unuseable; and
WHEREAS, this trailer will be demolished and disposed of
by City personnel; and
WHEREAS, removal of this trailer will enhance the
appearance of the old City Hall property for future sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the existing double -wide trailer at the
rear of the old City Hall shall be considered surplus
property.
SECTION 2: The City Administration is hereby authorized
to proceed with implementing the procedures for the disposing
of the above referenced surplus property pursuant to the Code
of Ordinances and all applicable law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
