CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- .,�.35
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION
OF IRREVOCABLE OPTION WITH THE EDWARD
RACK CORPORATION FOR COLONY COVE (WOOD-
LAND LAKES, PARCEL L) PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Termination of Irrevocable
Option with The Edward Rack Corporation for Colony Cove
(Woodland Lakes, Parcel L) project, a copy of said option
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said option in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of

WHEREAS, the parties hereto have determined that
• this Irrevocable Option is no longer necessary.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Edward Rack Corporation, a Florida
corporation, and the City of Tamarac hereby terminate the
Irrevocable Option.
