CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-W_0�24-3%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION
OF IRREVOCABLE OPTION WITH COLONY WEST
JOINT VENTURE FOR THE COLONY COVE
(WOODLAND LAKES, PARCEL L) PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Termination of Irrevocable
Option with Colony West Joint Venture for Colony, Cove
(Woodland Lakes, Parcel L) project, a copy of said option
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said option in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

2ERMINATION OE IRROVOCABLE OPTION
FOR: COLONY COVE
WHEREAS, thgre has heretofore been granted to the City
of Tamarac an Irrevocable Option with recording information as
follows:
Irrevogable option:
Official Records Book 15509, at Page
783 through 787, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto have determined that this
Irrevocable Option is no longer necessary.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows:
1. Colony West Joint Venture, a Florida General
Partnership, and The City of Tamarac hereby terminate the
Irrevocable option.
