RESOLUTION NO. R--88--,�;;'?�"� ,
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING AN
IRREVOCABLE OPTION OFFERED BY COLONY
WEST JOINT VENTURE PERTAINING TO PRIVATE
STREETS FOR THE COLONY COVE (WOODLAND
LAKES, PARCEL L) PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
.SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable option offered by Colony
West Joint Venture pertaining to private streets for the
Colony Cove (Woodland Lakes, Parcel L) project is hereby
accepted and approved, a copy of said option being attached
hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said option in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

IRREVOCABLE OPTION
PROJECT COLONY COVE
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt which is
acknowledged, Colony West. Joint Venutre. a Florida General
Partnership, gives and Grants to the City of Tamarac for a -period
of fifty (50) years from the date the Colony Cove (Parcel "L".
Woodland Lakes) Site Plan is approved by the City Council of
Tamarac. Florida, an option to purchase for One Dollar ($1.00)
any or all private streets to be located on the real property
described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
