CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-�5
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
SUNMARK HOMES, INCORPORATED, FOR THE
CYPRESS AT WOODMONT III (TRACTS 68/77)
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Sunmark Homes, Incorporated, has filed with the
City a cash warranty bond in the amount of $1,420.82 posted
for public improvements for the Cypress at Woodmont III
(Tracts 68/77) project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by Sunmark
Homes, Incorporated, P. 0. Box 5698, Sun City Center, Florida
33570, in the amount of $1,420.82 for public improvements for
the Cypress at Woodmont III (Tracts 68/77) project, is Hereby
Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
