CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- rZ Iry
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM AND THE SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM
BY TAMARAC - OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
FOR SPRING HOUSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac - Oxford Limited Partnership, as
Principal, and the Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety,
has filed with the City Bond No. 735G176-6 in the amount of
$302,449.00 to guarantee the water distribution system and
the sewage collection system at Spring House; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $81,233.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Bond No. 735G176-6 posted by Tamarac -
Oxford Limited Partnership, as Principal, and the The
Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety, in the amount of
$302,449.00 for the water distribution system and the sewage
collection system at Spring House, is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $81, 233 .50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. ck-1
