RESOLUTION NO. R-88-212,!5
A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A DELEGATION
REQUEST SUBMITTED BY DARBY & WAY, INC.,
ENGINEERS, FOR PICCADILLY CAFETERIA
PARCEL B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115,
PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, TO ACCEPT A MODIFICATION
BY THE COUNTY FOR AN 80-FOOT OPENING AT
THE NORTH PLAT LIMITS OF PARCEL B, WITH
AN 80-FOOT WIDE BY 75-FOOT DEEP ACCESS
EASEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Darby & Way, Inc., has submitted a Delegation
Request to the Board of Broward County Commissioners for an
opening on University Drive, at Piccadilly Cafeteria
Parcel B; and
WHEREAS, the County modified this Delegation Request by
increasing the drive opening on University Drive from 40-feet
to 80-Meet; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve this
Delegation request as modified by Broward County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby approves the
Piccadilly Cafeteria Delegation Request as modified by the
County to include an 80-foot opening at the north plat limits
of Parcel B, with an 80-foot wide by 75-foot deep access
easement for Piccadilly Cafeteria Parcel B, as recorded in
Plat Book 115, Page 37, of the public records of Broward
County.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
