RESOLUTION NO. R-88- ,2_w/
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
REGARDING FEES FOR PROCESSING APPLICATIONS
FOR VACATION OR PARTIAL VACATION OF EASEMENTS
OR RIGHTS -OF -WAY; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE
IN SAID FEE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
.WHEREAS, pursuant to Article I. Sec. 23-1 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Tamarac the City Council may estab-
lish fees for application for vacation or partial vacation of
easements or rights -of -ways and
WHEREAS, fees have been established pursuant to Resolu-
tion No. R-83-29; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it to be in the
best interest of the City to increase said established fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application fee for the vacation
or partial vacation of each easement or rights -of -way within
the application shall be 059:e9 $300.00 , payable at the
time application is made.
SECTION 2: That any portion of any other legislation
in conflict herewith shall be considered null and void.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
