CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- ,Z7
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT
CJ'S PIZZA IN BAY 2, BUILDING A OF MIDWAY PLAZA,
REQUESTED BY MIDWAY INVESTMENTS, LTD; PETITION
NO. 25-Z-88; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of a special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of beer and wine on the premises at CJ's Pizza in
Bay 2, Building A of Midway Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
application for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception to
permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at CJ's Pizza
in Bay 2, Building A of Midway Plaza, requested by Midway
Investments, Ltd.; Petition No. 25-Z-88, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. This license is not transferable to any other individual
or to any other location without the approval of the City
Council.
2. That all provisions in Chapter 3 of the Code pertaining
to alcoholic beverages must be complied with.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
