CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW EXIT STAIRWAY FOR
COLONY WEST COUNTRY CLUB; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Colony West Country Club has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $3,000.00 to guarantee
construction of a new exit stairway; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond to Colony West Country Club, 6800
Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, 33321.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Colony West
Country Club, in the amount of $3,000.00 for the construction
of a new exit stairway at Colony West Country Club, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
