A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH

PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS BY GREEN KROLL CORPORATION

FOR BEAUTIFICATION AT A HOME LOCATED ON
LOT 56, WOODMONT TRACT 71, 7105 NORTH-
WEST 83RD AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Green Kroll Corporation, has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $2,355.00 to guarantee
beautification at 7105 Northwest 83rd Avenue, Lot 56, Wood--
mont Tract 71; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Green Kroll
Corporation, in the amount of $2,355.00 for beautification at
7105 Northwest 83rd Avenue, Lot 56, Woodmon't Tract 71, is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11-9 y of
1988.
