CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR BEAUTIFICATION BY LENNAR HOMES FOR THE
CLAIRMONT RECREATIONAL AREA, 10601 CLAIRMONT
CIRCLE, TAMARAC, PERMIT #87-1200; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes has filed with the City a Cash
Bond in the amount of $9,150.00 to guarantee beautification
at Clairmont Recreational Area, 10601 Clairmont Circle,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Lennar homes in
the amount of $9,150.00 for beautification at Clairmont
Recreational Area, 1601 Clairmont Circle, Tamarac, Permit
#87-1200, is HEREBY RELEASED to Martin L. Rief, Regional
Administrator, Lennar Homes, 7600 Nob Hill Road, Tamarac,
Florida 33321.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
