CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-ZKZ(0
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR A SCREEN
ENCLOSURE BY EDWARD H. KRUSE, III, FOR A
RESIDENCE AT 7835 NORTHWEST 86TH
TERRACE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Edward H. Kruse, III, has filed with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $1,500.00 to guarantee completion
of a screen enclosure at 7835 NW 86 Terrace; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Edward H. Kruse,
III, (663 Northwest 107 Lane, Coral Springs, Florida 33065),
in the amount of $1,500.00 for completion of a screen
enclosure at 7835 Northwest 86th Terrace, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
