CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR COMPLETION OF THE POOL BY SACHS-KLEMOW,
INC. FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 50, WOODMONT, PERMIT
#88-636; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Sachs-Klemow, Inc., has filed with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $7,318.50 to guarantee completion
of the pool at Lot 8, Block 50, Woodmont, Permit #88-636; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Sachs-Klemow,
Inc. in the amount of $7,318.50, to guarantee completion of
the pool at Lot 8, Block 50, Woodmont, Permit #88-636, is
HEREBY RELEASED to Sachs Klemow, Inc., Post Office Box 25012,
Tamarac, Florida 33320.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
