CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- aM-1
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A RENEWAL OF A WAIVER TO THE
SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY LENNAR HOMES,
INCORPORATED, FOR A TEMPORARY DIRECTIONAL SIGN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Incorporated, has requested a
renewal of a waiver to the Sign Ordinance (Code Chapter 21)
governing signs on property other than their own.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the renewal of a waiver to the Sign
Code requested by Lennar Homes, Incorporated, for a temporary
directional sign on property known as Tract 40, owned by
Carteret Savings and Loan Association, to be erected on the
east side of Nob Hill Road north of Westwood Drive, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1. This waiver shall be valid for one year from
October 23, 1988.
2. The sign must be at least ten (10) feet from the
public right -of --way.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this �v2 day 1988.
