CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ATLANTIC & PACIFIC
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INCORPORATED, FOR THE
CALICO COUNTRY PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFEEMYE DATE,
WHEREAS, Atlantic & Pacific Construction Company,
Incorporated, as Principal, and Regency Insurance Company,
Incorporated, as Surety, has filed with the City warranty
bond #SF00018 in the amount of $17,750.00 for the water
system; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTIQN • That warranty bond #SF00018 in the amount of
$17,750.00 is Hereby Released.
SECTION_2- This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1988.
