4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
5 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ARRIVA DEVELOPMENT GROUP,
INC., FOR THE WOODLAND VILLAS PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Arriva Development Group, Inc., as Principal
and TotalBank of Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit No. IC5189 in the amount of $4,619.50 posted
for public improvements for the Woodland Villas project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. IC5189 posted
by Arriva Development Group, Inc., as Principal, and
TotalBank of Miami, as Surety, in the amount of $4,619.50 for
public improvements for the Woodland Villas project, is
Hereby Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
