CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- p2�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LAWRENCE B. CRONE, FOR THE
BEDDING BARN PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lawrence B. Crone, as Principal, and Hartford
Accident and Indemnity Company, as Surety, has filed with the
city Bond No. 4558663 in the amount of $25,048.75 posted for
public improvements for the Bedding Barn project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond #4558663 posted by
Lawrence B. Crone, as Principal, and Hartford Accident and
Indemnity Company, as Surety, in the amount of $25,048.75 for
public improvements for the Bedding Barn project, is Hereby
Released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 10-2 day Of 1998.
