CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) CASH WARRANTY
BONDS POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY EXXON,
FOR THE EXXON STATION AT NORTHWEST 88TH AVENUE
AND SOUTHGATE BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFEUIVE_ DATE.
WHEREAS, Exxon, has filed with the City two (2) cash
warranty bonds in the amount of $2,971.80 and $5,115.38; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1i That the two (2) cash warranty bonds in the
amount of $2,971.80 and $5,115.38 are Hereby Released.
S This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1988.
