RESOLUTION NO. R-88- q
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY THOMAS J. AND ROSALIE BARDASH FOR
COMPLETION OF POOL AND SOD AT 7928 N.W. 83 STREET,
TAMARAC, PERMIT #87-1169; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Thomas J. and Rosalie Bardash have filed with
the City a cash bond in the amount of $369.00 to guarantee
completion of pool and sod at 7928 N.W. 83 Street, Tamarac,
Permit #87-1169; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Thomas J. and
Rosalie Bardash in the amount of $369.00 for completion of
pool and sod at 7928 N.W. 83 Street, Tamarac, Permit #87-1169
is HEREBY RELEASED to Thomas J. Bardash, 7928 N.W. 83 Street,
Tamarac, Florida 33321.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. VC
