CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- oZ 9--L-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR
TAMARAC GARDENS, PARCELS K, L AND M, FOR
SIDEWALKS AND SOD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and
Manufacturers National Bank of Detroit, as Surety, has filed
with the City bond No. 86537 in the amount of $5,322.45 to
guarantee sidewalks and sod at Tamarac Gardens, Parcels K, L,
and M; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $2,385.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bond No. 86537 posted by Lennar
Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Manufacturers National Bank of
Detroit, as Surety, in the amount of $5,322.45 for sidewalks
and sod at Tamarac Gardens, Parcels, K, L and M is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $2,385.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
