CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88- 93
A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO DISPOSITION OF A
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED BY MITCH E. DOMIN FOR THE
84TH TERRACE SHOPPES PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mitch E. Domin, as Principal, with Norstar
Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
N4872 in the amount of $18,000.00 to guarantee public
improvements associated with the 84th Terrace Shoppes
project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not
properly completed work, and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations as set forth above are
true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to release Letter of Credit No. N4872 in
the amount of $18,000.00 subject to receipt of a warranty
bond in the amount of $10,083.63 being submitted by March 1,
1989.
SECTION 3: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to call Letter of Credit No. N4872 in the
amount of $18,000.00 posted to guarantee public improvements
associated with the 84th Terrace Shoppes project if the
warranty bond in the amount of $10,083.63 is not received by
March 1, 1989.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
