R--88- A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM WILLIAM C. DOMIN, MITCHELL E. DOMIN, JR., AND RONALD M. DOMIN, AS JOINT TENANTS, FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR 84TH TERRACE SHOPPESS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Ball of Sale Absolute offered by William C. Domin, Mitchell E. Domin, Jr., and Ronald M. Domin, as joint tenants, for the water distribution and sewage collection system for 84th Terrace Shoppes is HEREBY APPROVED.
