CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-8$
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A REPORT FOR
PROPOSED REVISIONS TO SABAL PALM GOLF
COURSE BY DARBY & WAY, INC.; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the administration
to seek a professional golf architect to prepare a study
regarding proposed revisions to Sabal Palm Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, advertisement was made in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on June 29, 1988 and July 6, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Darby & Way, Inc., was chosen through the
competitive selection process to prepare such a report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the report of Darby & Way, Inc., for
proposed revisions to Sabal Palm Golf Course dated
September 21, 1988, is HEREBY ACCEPTED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
