2 RESOLUTION NO. R--88--300
3 A RESOLUTION ASSESSING A RATE FOR THE
RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION AND
4 DISPOSAL FEE; PROVIDING FOR 100% BILLING
OF SAID FEE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
5 DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0--85-53, creating Article IV of
Chapter 11 of the Tamarac City Code, established the
8 authority of the City Council to set by resolution the rate
9 of the garbage collection and disposal fee as a percentage of
0 the actual cost incurred by the City under its residential
1 garbage collection and disposal contract.
2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
3 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
4 SECTION 1: That a rate of 100% of the actual cost
5 incurred by the City under its residential garbage collection
6 and disposal contract shall be established as a residential
7 garbage collection and disposal fee.
8 SECTION 2: Said fee shall amount to the following charge

per month for:
(a) curb service per unit
other than condominium
(b) dumpster service per
unit condominium
Said fee shall be billed on
utility bill.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall be effective
immediately upon approval. The fee assessed pursuant to this
resolution shall commence October 1, 1988.
