CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-�0 3
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE EXISTING
DETECTIVE TRAILER AT THE OLD CITY HALL AS
SURPLUS PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is currently constructing a
new Police facility; and
WHEREAS, upon completion of the new Police facility, the
existing trailer for the Tamarac Detective Department will no
longer be needed for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the existing Tamarac detective trailer
shall be considered surplus property upon completion of the
new Tamarac Police facility.
SECTION 2: The City Administration is hereby authorized
to proceed with implementing the procedures for the disposing
of the above referenced surplus property pursuant to the Code
of Ordinances and all applicable law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
