RESOLUTION NO. R-88- �0 T
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
CALIFORNIA FEDERAL FOR THE CALIFORNIA
FEDERAL PROJECT ON ROCK ISLAND ROAD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, California Federal, has filed with the City a
cash bond in the amount of $3,025.00 to guarantee public
improvements at the California Federal project on Rock Island
Road; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $908.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by California
Federal in the amount of $3,025.00 for public improvements at
California Federal project on Rock Island Road, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $908.50.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
