CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 3o
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MICHAEL R. COUZZO,
JR. TO SERVE AS ACTING CITY MANAGER IN THE
ABSENCE OF THE CITY MANAGER PURSUANT TO
SECTION 5.03 OF THE CITY CHARTER; DESIGNATING
LARRY PERRETTI AS ALTERNATE ACTING CITY
MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE OF BOTH THE CITY
MANAGER AND MICHAEL R. COUZZO, JR.; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 5.03 of the City Charter requires the
City Manager to appoint an Acting City Manager to serve in
his absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves the
designation of Michael R. Couzzo, Jr. as Acting City Manager
in the absence of the City Manager.
SECTION 2: That the City Council hereby approves the
designation of Larry Perretti as Alternate Acting City
Manager in the absence of the City Manager and
Michael R. Couzzo, Jr.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this_day of 1988.
