RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 5/�1_
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BEAUTIFICA-
TION BOND POSTED FOR A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
BY CASTRO CONVERTIBLES, FOR CASTRO
CONVERTIBLES STORE, 7550 NORTH UNIVERSITY
DRIVE, TAMARAC, PERMIT #87-2021; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Castro Convertibles, has filed with the City a
cash beautification bond in the amount of $675.00 posted for
a dumpster enclosure for Castro Convertibles store, 7550
North University Drive, Tamarac, Permit #87-2021; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash beautification bond in the
amount of $675.00 for a dumpster enclosure for the Castro
Convertibles store, 7550 North University Drive, Tamarac,
Permit #87-2021, is Hereby Released, to Robert Perdrizet,
7550 North University Drive, Tamarac, Florida 33321.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. vzk
