CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- Ok�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR PARKING LOT LIGHTING BY CASTRO
CONVERTIBLE CORPORATION FOR CASTRO
CONVERTIBLES STORE, 7550 NORTH UNIVERSITY
DRIVE, TAMARAC, PERMIT #87--2021; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Castro Convertible Corporation, has filed with
the City a cash bond in the amount of $3,300.00 posted for
parking lot lighting for the Castro Convertibles store, 7550
North University Drive, Tamarac, Permit #87-2021; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Castro
Convertible Corporation, in the amount of $3,300.00 for
parking lot lighting for the Castro Convertible store, 7550
North University Drive, Tamarac, Permit #87-2021, is Hereby
Released, to Castro Convertible Corporation, 7700 Northwest
U.S. Highway 27, Ocala, Florida 32675.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Al
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1988.
