CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-
A RESOLUTION REFUNDING THE PERMIT FEE
POSTED BY GABLE ROOFING CORPORATION FOR
ROOFING AT KINGS POINT, BUILDING G, WHICH
WAS NOT DONE BY THIS CONTRACTOR; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Gable Roofing Corporation, has filed with the
City a permit fee in the amount of $116.60, Permit #88-1407
for roofing at Kings Point, Building G and the roofing was
done by another contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended
release of said fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the permit fee posted by Gable Roofing
Corporation, in the amount of $116.60, Permit #88-1407 for
roofing at Kings Point, Building G, is HEREBY RELEASED, to
Gable Roofing Corporation, 2605 Northwest 19th Street, Fort
Lauderdale, Florida 33311.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Jk
