CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY
WATERFORD AT WOODMONT, LTD., FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 59 (WATERFORD ISLE); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Waterford at Woodmont, LTD., as Principal, with
Florida National Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
Letter of Credit #M-1510 in the amount of $7,846.75 to
guarantee public improvements associated with the Woodmont
Tract 59 (Waterford Isle) project; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and the work is not
satisfactory; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work
is not satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
and correct.
SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit #M-1510 in the amount
of $7,846.75 posted by Waterford at Woodmont, LTD., as
Principal, and Florida National Bank, as Surety, is hereby
called by the City of Tamarac on December 15, 1988.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. Al
