CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- ---3J %
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR A SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND SOD BY LAKES OF
CARRIAGE HILLS, INC., FOR LAKES OF CARRIAGE
HILLS, BUILDING 8, PERMIT #87-1660; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., has filed with
the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $16,169.70 for a
sprinkler system and sod at Lakes of Carriage Hills, Building
8, Permit #87-1660; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Bond posted by Lakes of
Carriage Hills, Inc., in the amount of $16,169.70 for a
sprinkler system and sod at Lakes of Carriage Hills, Building
8, Permit #87-1660, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
