4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) PERFORMANCE
BONDS POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
5 LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR FAIRFAX I PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun Bank/
Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit
#19300 in the amount of $35,045.00 for water system improve-
ments at Fairfax I; and
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun
Bank/Miami, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit #19301 in the amount of $16,095.00 for sewer system
improvements at Fairfax I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bonds upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $11,634.25 for the water
distribution system and a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $7,612.68 for the sewer system improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit No. 19300 and
19301 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Sun
Bank/Miami, as Surety, in the amount of $35,045.00 for water
system improvements and $16,095.00 for sewer system improve-
ments, are HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $11,634.25 for the water
distribution system and a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $7,612.68 for the sewer system improvements.
