CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--88- �TvZ
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM PINE ISLAND -OXFORD LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE
COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR HIDDEN HARBOUR;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Pine Island -Oxford Limited Partnership for the water
distribution and sewage collection system for Hidden Harbour
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this vZ9 day ofA___ , 1988.
