CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88%
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
TO DOMENIC PALMIERI, PRESIDENT, WING CITY,
INC. LOCATED AT 5435 NORTH STATE ROAD 7; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; on April 10, 1985, the City Council adopted
Resolution R-85-127 granting a Special Exception to permit
on -premises consumption of beer and wine to Mano/Bal, Inc.,
D/B/A Surf & Turf. Restaurant at 5435 North State Road 7,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception to the new owners of the restaurant at the
above -mentioned location; and
WHEREAS, prior Resolution R-85--127 provided that the
subject Special Exception could not be transferred to any
other individual or location without City Council approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1 That the Special Exception permitting
consumption of beer and wine is hereby transferred from
Mano/Bal, Inc., D/B/A Surf & Turf Restaurant, to Domenic
Palmieri, President, Wing City, Inc., Tamarac, located at
5435 North State Road 7, Tamarac.
SECTION 2 : The following conditions apply:
1. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00
a.m., local time, with no sale of beer and wine
prior to noon on Sundays.
2. The Special Exception is not- transferrable to any
other individual, corporation or any other location
without the approval of the City Council.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
