CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-3545
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
TO CRAIG CARLINO, OWNER DaVINCI'S ITALIAN
RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 8765 N.W. 57TH STREET;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1987, the City Council adopted
prior Resolution R-87-396 which granted special exception to
permit on -premises consumption of beer and wine to Tropical
Pizza Company of Tamarac, Inc., D/B/A/ Pier 441 West, 8765
N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes. to transfer said
Special Exception to the new owners of the restaurant at the
above --mentioned location; and
WHEREAS, prior Resolution R-87-396 provided that the
subject Special Exception could not be transferred to any
other individual or location without City Council approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1 That the Special Exception permitting
consumption of beer and wine is hereby transferred from
Tropical Pizza Company of Tamarac, Inc., D/B/A/ Pier 441 West
to Craig Carlino, Owner, DaVinci's Italian Restaurant located
at 8765 N.W. 57th Street, Tamarac.
SECTION 2 : The following conditions apply:
1. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00
a.m., local time, with no sale of beer and wine
prior to noon on Sundays.

2. The Special Exception is not transferrable to any
other individual, corporation or any other location
without the approval of the City Council.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29 day of 1988.
