CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88- &50
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, PROVIDING FOR THE ELIMINATION OF ONE (1)
PLANNING TECHNICIAN AND ONE (1) GROWTH MANAGEMENT
TECHNICIAN POSITION WITHIN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF TWO
(2) CLERK/TYPIST POSITIONS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Director of the Community Development
Department has expressed an intention to reorganize that
Department by the elimination of certain positions and
creation of certain other positions; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the Community
Development Director's planned reorganization and determined
that it is in the City's best interest; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby authorizes the
elimination of the following positions from the Community
Development Department.:

SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the
creation of the following positions within the Community
