CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-88-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY HEALTH
CARE AND RETIREMENT CORPORATION OF AMERICA
FOR TAMARAC NURSING CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE
A
WHEREAS, Health Care and Retirement Corporation of
America, as Principal, and Insurance Company of North
America, as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No.
MNR-KO-14-44-35-9 in the amount of $82,328.30 to guarantee
public improvements at Tamarac Nursing Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $27,429.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1,,; That the Bond No. MNR-KO-14-44-35-9, posted
by Health Care and Retirement Corporation of America, as
Principal, and Insurance Company of North America, as Surety,
in the amount of $82,325.30 for public improvements at
Tamarac Nursing Center is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $27,429.50.
aECIION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
