RESOLUTION NO. R-88-VV4-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM HEALTH CARE AND
RETIREMENT CORPORATION OF AMERICA FOR THE
WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR TAMARAC NURSING
CENTER; AND -.PROVIDING -AN- FF ECTIVE Dom_ ATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION • That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Health Care and Retirement Corporation of America for the
water distribution and sewage collection system for Tamarac
Nursing Center is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECT;IQN__2.- This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption. 11l
